Hasta que (in the past) + subjunctive
¿Son correctas estas tres frases?:
No me levanté hasta que el examen empezara. No me levanté hasta que el examen hubiera empezado. No me levanté hasta que el examen había empezado. En cuanto la última frase con 'había empezado', no estoy seguro. Gracias de antemano. |

I agree with Alec.
Another way to say it: "no me levanté hasta que el examen hubo comenzado", but this is more literary (or even archaic). I don't know anyone who would use this tense in daily speech. ![]()
