What's your Spanish level, Raji? I would start by the present of a regular verb. This one has got some tiny irregularities. Nevertheless, here it goes:
Presente de indicativo del verbo VER yo veo tú ves él, ella, usted ve nosotros, nosotras vemos vosotros, vosotras veis ellos, ellas, ustedes ven

Viendo is the progressive form of the verb to see. In Spanish many words
that end with the word iendo, ando, endo correspond to ing words in English |

Please, Raji, don't start by learning the full conjugation of Ver nor the one of any other verb.
VER is a second conjugation verb. You know which conjugation it is from by the ending of the infinitive:
Te estoy viendo: I'm seeing you (I'm not joking ).

I should add that -iendo is the ending of second and third conjugation verbs: viendo (VER), viviendo (VIVIR).
Thanks a lot for your correction, Iris.
