Pronombres Reflexivos

¿Cuál es la diferencia entre estas dos frases?:

Juan, no hay que preocuparte.
Juan, no hay que preocuparse.

Digamos que Juan acaba de romper mi taza favorita, ¿cuál de las dos sería correcta?

No tienes que preocuparte (subject Juan)
No hay que preocuparse (subject whoever/everybody)

There's still a way the other sentence is valid:

Juan, no hay que preocuparte con minucias hasta que te recuperes de tu afección cardíaca. [subject Juan, and aimed to "everybody but Juan"]
