cebar (verb) — to fatten up, prime (motor); cebarse - to vent one's anger, feed. Look up cebar in the dictionary

Se cebó en/con su victima.
He vented his anger on his victim.

Does the "to fatten up" definition only apply to living things? Or could you use the word in regards to inanimate objects, for example, "Vamos a cebar el presupuesto antes del año nuevo." ???

To me it's only for living things, I do not where would anybody use "cebar" for priming a motor...

Mi amigo cree que si él ceba a su gato, puede abrir los puertos y no se preocupa con su gato dispararse de la casa . No tiene razón ahí

Los gatos gordos pueden correr, pero muy lentamente!
