Should I use "conocer" or "saber" in this sentence?

Should I use "conocer" or "saber" in this sentence?

"Bob quiere conocer más de su hermano."


"Bob no quiere saber más de su hermano."

"Conocer" is used for knowing (being acquainted with) people, places or things.
"Saber" is used for possessing some knowledge.

Here, does Bob not want to personally know his brother any more or know information about his brother any more?

Saber más de su hermano sería el correcto. ( se supone que no viven juntos, y no recibe muchas noticias de él.)
Conocer más a su hermano es posible pero el significado es distinto. ( se supone que aunque hermano, no lo conoce bien)
