A mi me gusta aprender el español, pero necesito practicarlo más y si Uds. quieren, no hesitan a corrigirme cuando hago un desparate.

Gracias para permitando me a ser un parte de esta communidad!

1) "Que" is much better, but for using "quien", there had to be an agreement with the plural of "personas".

2) "Visité" would have needed a clearly finished action (like "la última vez que visité los foros"), but you used to visit Tomisimo regularly, so "visitaba" gives that idea.

3) You could have left the article, although the sentence flows much better without it. In the second case, there must be an agreement with the gender of the word "parte", which is a feminine.

Btw, your title has been corrected to "Hola otra vez":
"Un otro" doesn't mean much in Spanish. It's either "un" or "otro".
And "vez" is a feminine, so there must be an agreement between article, adjective and noun.

Bienvenido de vuelta. Espero que disfrutes aprendiendo. (Yo soy relativamente nuevo aquí, pero me gusta hacer preguntas y comentarios.) (Aquí todo el mundo está dispuesto a ayudar... y eso es muy positivo.)

(I write in Spanish for your practice, but let me know if any question, and/or if I go over your head!)
Welcome again!
(I 'edited' your post as you can see in blue.)
