In Spanish when we want to finish a stament or to change the subject or simply to say that there´s nothig you can do about it, we say en fin. In English?
I set some examples.

1.La prefesora hace mucho hincapie en la gramática y abandona la práctica oral, en fin que le vamos a hacer.

2. La reunión de hoy ha resultudo muy aburrida, nos hemos enrollado como persianas, En fin que tal te va todo?

3. Ayer nos comunicaron el nuevo horario de trenes, siguen sin poner uno a la hora que a mi me conviene. En fin.
