Question Como blanco para todas la bofetadas

I need to translate the idiom "como blanco para todas las bofetadas," into English, but I have never heard it. Any ideas? Thank you

This is messed up Spanish, but it probably has something to do with turning white from being slapped so much

@Poli: "Blanco" is more likely to be a target than a color here.

There are idioms that include the word blanco, with 'target' being the meaning. I've added them to our idiom dictionary.

I couldn't find an exact match for the OP's version, though.

The meaning I took from the expression is 'to be the butt/target of all the insults', but that isn't a known idiomatic expression in English.

I've never heard the OP's phrase as a settled idiom in Spanish either, although it might be a regional thing.
