La lluvia de noviembre
Llovar de noviembre
Estoy escuchando al sonido del llovar noviembre o Estoy escuchando del sonido del llovar de noviembre. What I meant to say is: I'm listening to the sound of November rain. Please tell me which one of the above Spanish sentence is better or maybe neither sentence is correct?

Neither.
"Estoy escuchando el sonido de la lluvia de noviembre". "Escuchar" needs a direct object, and the sound of the rain is not a person, so you don't use "a", nor "de" before "sonido de la lluvia". Sometimes an infinitive can be used as a noun (in that case it should be "llover", btw.). However, the sentence "estoy escuchando el sonido del llover de noviembre" would sound rather weird.

You could also say (less natural and less usual)
Escucho el llover de noviembre... But the better option's are what Angeliga gave you above. Every time it rains I remember this great Tango by Susana Rinaldi...
