Chop and change
To chop and change
To change your mind and plans all the time, to be fickle, confusing. Anyone know a good Spanish equivalent for this?

I'm not familiar with the phrase "To chop and change". I don't think it's used in the United States.

It's British and Australian. It may be equivalent to our 'bouncing back and forth (between ideas)'.
