Can anyone help me with the meaning of this word in the context of Free sale certificates, where it says Nombre del Producto, Registro etc.
Would it be registration in this context or maybe something else?

Yes, "registro" could be,
(book) register; (action of registering) registration; (item recorded) record, entry

Sí, pero ¿cómo lo dirías para un certificado de libre venta (que entiendo como productos de higiene y cosméticos que tienen que estar en un registro de responsables de su comercialización)? Creo que es eso lo que pregunta. A ver, que tú sabes más inglés que yo.

Quizá lo más común sea "registration" pero no descartaría "entry"... lo mejor es encontrar uno ya en inglés, y ver que dice... Pero en leyes y esas cosas tú sabes más que yo... ()
