I've never made it before, but I'm going to try to make it tonight or tomorrow. I don't have a recipe, but I never use recipes; I prefer to just invent as I go.

I've never even heard of Chori-Pollo.

I make a dish that uses chorizo and white rice, together......it is actually quite good! What would you call it?.....Arrizo?

To say "I like it!", would I say;

'¡Me gusta lo!', o, '¡Me lo gusta!' ?

It sounds like the old cartoon where a character named Wimpy always said that he would "gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today". Was that in Popeye?

Yes, yes it was.

And I tried my take on the "Chorripollo" dish last night. It was *good*, but because I used some shortcuts and cheap ingredients, it could have been better. Next time I need to use real cheese (instead of processed cheese) and pork sausage instead of precooked beef sausage.

Pan chileno.

I'm getting hungry. It's nearly lunchtime here.
