I think this is a mirador con cajón de inglete.
A ventanal is any large window like those found in warehouses and some factories. A ventana panorámica is a window that practically replaces a wall. It gives you a panoramic view of the exterior. |

Anyone I know would call "ventanal" a large window from ceiling to floor or from wall to wall. Actually, we would call "ventanal" any window bigger than an average window, like the one in the picture.
![]() A "mirador" for me, needs a balcony, but this may be a matter of regional usage. I think "ventana panorámica" works as a formal description of the one in the picture as well, but in daily speech we would call it "ventanal" or "ventana grande". ![]()
