... damos todo el codigo... sin obviar ni pasar de alto ningún capítulo.
I guess this means ...without forgetting or jumping over any chapter, but I wanted to confirm with you guys. .

Yes, you're right.
Really is "without thinking any chapter (is so easy that) is not worth enough (of checking) and checking all" more simple "without checking or jumping over any chapter" "obvio" is when something is so simple/easy to understand that do not need an explanation. I don't know if "checking" is an english word ¿¿?? saludos
