Question Love

I love you is te quiero. Can it be Te amo? What's the difference between amar and querer?

Doesn't quiero also mean I want?

Both are correct English translations of the phrases, because English only has one one way to say it, but there are different ways to express love in Spanish: encantar, querer and amar

Tal vez la respuesta se encuentre en la poesía.

El Amor Duele is its translation.
