The country was not prepared for the war and there were great financial difficulties :?:

I think "financial difficulties" is correct here; I was looking for these words, but they didn't come out to my mind.

Adjusted your sentence to sound more common. Hope you don't mind.

Adjusted your sentence to sound more common. I don't think @Irma wants to sound common. :D

Thanks, of course I don't mind :) . But Perikles is right (how can you know me so well? :hmm: :D ). I wanted to reflect my idea that everything that I know is in my mind, but I'm not able to get the things that I need when I need them. Then, from time to time, some knowledge comes to surface and I'm able to "fish" it. That's the reason why I said "come out" (salir). I shouldn't be so daring to play on words with a language which is not mine. But I am. :D :D

Es tu lengua tambien. Nadie es dueño de un idioma. Es mejor decir "in a language that is not my mother tongue.

If it was my language, I would write the rules :wicked: :wicked:, and these would be much more easy than they are now (at least for me). :D :D

But thanks. :)
