Well, taking your examples above I would make the following corrections:
-Desde este día en adelante, quiero que hable/hables (or plural) hablen conmigo solo en español.
-A partir de este día (OR) De hoy en adelante, quiero que me hables solo en español.

Why must you say "en adelante" and not just "adelante"adelante is an adverb which means forward. In expressions of time, you need más adelante = later, and en adelante = from now on, in future.

I agree with Elaina, I want to add that it will sound more natural when you use the third option she gave you: "De hoy en adelante.......".

It's the usual way we say it.
