I don't know whether "sudando como un pollo" or "sudando a chorros" have an idiomatic meaning.

"Sweating bullets" is to feel agitated or worried about a situation when all you can do is wait for the situation to resolve itself because there is nothing you can do to influence the outcome. Yeah, usually you "sweat bullets" when you are guilty about something and are about to be discovered or found out... I'm sure you know how it feels...we've all been guilty about one thing or another.
