Correct translation? ENTENDAMONOS

hmmm
Although all that can mean the same, just like in English you can say the same things in Spanish (not always)
Let's get things straight - pongamos las cosas derechas/enderecemos las cosas
Let's understand each other - entendámonos
Let's speak frankly - Hablemos francamente/con franqueza.

In Mexico, that sentence would only be understood in the case there's something that needs to be physically be put in a straight position.
For talking frankly or clearly, most people would use here Chileno's third proposal or Alec's. We would also use:
·Hablemos claro
·Seamos francos
·Digamos las cosas como son

Realmente en Chile se diría "enderecemos las cosas" o "hablemos derecho" si se va a usar una de las dos.
