Solo fotos la prima, Yo dije quien es esa modela te cuendo que nuestra cuya tubo dos hijos hace como 3 meses
Thank you for any help! I get bits and pieces..but not everything, and I'd really like to see what my cousin said!!
I *think*it's something like,
'just pictures of my cousin,' I told the 2 boys/kids(?) who asked, that you were a model, for 3 months?
Obviously, VERY LOOSELY translated?

That Spanish came from a literal translation, probably a online translator.
In what language was the original and could we have the original phrase?

Welcome to the forums! :)
The person who wrote the Spanish didn't help you out any. There's no correct punctuation. And there are missing words and misspelled words.
I'm guessing that the sentences should read:
Sólo fotos de la prima.
Yo dije, "¿¡Quién es esa modela!?"
Te cuento que es nuestra prima que tuvo dos hijos hace como 3 meses.
Only photos of the/your cousin.
I said, "Who is that model!?"
I'm telling you that it's our cousin who had two children 3 months ago.
Edit: I tend to agree with Chileno that a machine "helped" with the translation into Spanish.

The text is too fragmentary and full of spelling mistakes. Hard to know what the person who wrote it means, but perhaps this is what it should look like:
Sólo fotos de la prima. (Or, "Sólo fotos, prima".)
Yo dije: ¿Quién es esa modelo?
Te cuento que nuestra cuya (some sort of rodent kept as a pet, I assume) tuvo dos hijos hace como 3 meses.
Perhaps you can give it a try now and see whether it makes sense for you.
Edit: Rusty beat me to reply, but one more answer won't harm, I think. :)

El texto fue escrito por una persona, pues una máquina traductora no comete faltas ortográficas.
'Nuestra cuya' podría ser la persona 'a la cual se están refiriendo' las personas que conversan.
