La fiesta ha llegado a su fin, tiempo para volver a encarrilar.
The holiday has come to an end, time to get back on track.

"a encarrilar" means "get back on track", but is not used here.
you can say:
La fiesta ha llegado a su fin, es tiempo de volver al trabajo. (get back to work)

In Mexican Spanish, "regresar al carril" or "encarrilarse" could be used for this kind of expression:
·Ya se acabó la fiesta; hay que regresar al carril / hay que volver a encarrilarse.
Some other ways to say it:
·La fiesta se acabó/terminó; hay que volver/regresar a la realidad. ("Realidad" understood here figuratively, as when someone wakes up from a dream.)
·La fiesta llegó a su fin; es hora/tiempo de volver a la rutina.
