Context
We could go for a walk every Tuesday at ten. Sin compromisos. Meaning that if one day I have sth else to do or some other plans I wont go for a walk with you.

Tricky. Sin compromiso means 'without obligation' as in

Have a look around our shop without obligation (= you don't have to buy anything)

That doesn't work here.

Let's go for a walk every Tuesday at 10.00 if we are both free
Let's go for a walk every Tuesday at 10.00 but only if we are both free
Let's go for a walk every Tuesday at 10.00 unless we have other things to do.
Let's go for a walk every Tuesday at 10.00 without committing ourselves (too awkward)

Let's go for a walk every Tuesday at 10:00 if possible. - That implies that there are times where it might not work.

In this case, I think many ways of saying it have that understanding built in such as:

Let's try to go for a walk every Tuesday at 10:00. - just using the word try would tell the other person that you don't expect it to always happen.

Quite right. The problem is to pitch the suggestion and give the appropriate level of when another engagement might cancel the regular walk. At one end of the scale, the walk is cancelled at the slightest opportunity, and the other end of the scale only cancelled if, say, the wife is giving birth that morning and really wants you there. Or both wives on the same day. :D

These phrases are less used in cases of an excercise routine and more related to a contract or pact (a relationship without a marriage certificate or a magazine offer without an obligation to purchase).

Not much to add, but I think of expressions in Spanish that could be used for "sin compromiso", and so give other options for the English possibilities... (from the more colloquial ones to the most literary or even pedantic and the ones overstepping the mark a bit too much...)
