Someone, a lady, told me this:

To be forewarned is to be forearmed.
What does it mean? What does she mean?

Thanks a lot for your help!

If your know what is going to happen in advance, you are better prepared to confront it. Knowledge of imminent danger can help you overcome it.
Lots of ladies in your life. Do guys never tell you anything?:worried:

Iris gave a perfect explanation. If you know about a problem ahead of time, you can prepare and cope with it better.
