How do we say this in English?
Ask a question for a 10 30 answer?
Ask a question for which answer is 1030.

1. Ask a questions whose answer is 12 o'clock.
2. Ask a question for which the answer is 12 o'clock.

For me both of these mean the same thing. However, it's possible that some people may object to #1.

Ask a question to which the answer is 12 o'clock. (or 10.30)

I'm not surprised. And your suggestion is better than both of mine.

Are they correct?

The first one isn't technically. Perikles' option is the best though.

This reminds me of a (verbal) joke. What is the question, if the answer is 9 W?

Herr Wagner, do you spell your name with a V?
