Petróleo is not always petrol. Am I right? As you can also use petrol for gasolina.

Petrol or gas (in the States) is gasolina.
Petróleo is oil, guapísimo.;)

Americans don't usually use petrol; that's British. We use gas or gasoline.

No hablemos de gasolina.....con los precios de hoy en dia I get depressed....I just filled up my mini van and paid US$80.00 ouch!!!!! :eek:
