More context is needed in order to render a good translation.
Even in English the phrase is ambiguous.

Hey guys
Which translation is correct?
Telling him will not help at all - El decírse ("decirse" has no accent, and it expresses either an impersonal or a reflexive form of the verb "decir") no ayudará en nada or Diciendo (very rarely can a -ing form be translated as a "gerundio" in Spanish) no ayudará en nada? Or both are acceptable?
None of them would make sense.
"(El) Decírselo no ayudará en nada" may be a possible translation.
