I would say:
Ella no dejó de hablar ...
... ni un (solo) momento.
... todo el rato.
Ella hablaba y hablaba. (Todos los pasajeros del autobús querían que se callara.)
Ella hablaba sin cesar.

I don't understand that sentence.
(Which sentence don't you understand? ¿Cuál frase no entiendes?)
Please, could you explain the sentence better?
I suppose that it should be like this:
Today, in my home, Just I was talking with a roomate, but she never finish of talk couldn't stop talking about your home, how it was painted blue color, etc. such she was during She went on like that for three hours. , and never She chewed my ear off.
I hope that my example is good.
Have a good day.
La frase (she) chewed my ear off se dice cuando alguien no puede dejar de hablar. The phrase (she) chewed my ear off is said when someone can't stop talking.
Así que, en tu ejemplo, cuando dices que la chica no dejaba de hablar por tres horas, de verdad she chewed your ear off.

Usual here is "hablar por los codos"

Thanks for another option! This is a very common practice, apparently.
