Drive safely for car driving.
For motorcycle driving what do we say. Ride safely?

For motorcycle driving what do we say. Ride safely? It should be that, although I've never seen a sign on the road. But you could say it to somebody about to ride off on a motorcycle.
Do NOT say this:

'Drive safely' is directed at the driver of the vehicle, whatever it may be. I would say this to a motorcyclist.
That said, I'm sure there are some who would say 'ride safely' to a motorcyclist.
I have used 'ride safely' when I'm suggesting that a child operate his bicycle carefully.
It seems that both may be used, even though I would personally use 'drive' when addressing a motorcyclist and 'ride' when addressing a child on a bike.
