I found this sentence in the dictionary

"A usted le toca reprenderle si lo cree conveniente"
" It is up to you to reprimand him if you see fit"

"it's up to you" is used a lot in this way? For example if I want to say "It's up to you to give him food if you want to" can you use the same form "A usted le toca darle algo de comer si quieres"?

A usted le toca also means it is your turn.... whereas it is up to you would mean "está en usted..."
