Look here (http://www.tomisimo.org/idioms/es/no-hay-peor-ciego-que-el-que-no-quiere-ver-5574.html). You can add 'There are' to the beginning of the English sentence, or you can use the more popular "There's."
Many people think that 'none' is always singular. That's a false notion. It can mean 'not any' just as much as it can mean 'not one'.
There is [not one] so blind as those.
There are [not any] so blind as those.
There is [not one] so blind as he.
There are [not any] so blind as he.
