I would put:

Yours is a great translation in terms of feeling and works fine. It is not a literal translation, though (if you need it literal).


"Let me know by Sunday if you want to go."
"Ya me dices algo para el domingo si quieres ir."
Yours works alright if you take out those two words. I would prefer to say something like:
"Avísame antes del Domingo si quieres ir."

Yo quitaría el "le": avisar a tu madre.

La estructura "let know" puede traducirse literalmente como "hacer saber", si bien en algunos contextos convienen otras fórmulas menos literales.
