You could say:
Para preguntar a Amy sobre algunas cosas contáctala a...
I would say:
Para preguntarle algo a Amy puedes contactarla a...
In both English and Spanish it sounds weird and redundant. to put in "about some things" in
Also, to ask for help remember to conjugate the verb "ayudar":
Ayúdame por favor.

Oh, hahah sorry. As you can see I still have a long way to go in Spanish. So for the second option you gave me, you put a le after preguntar. May I ask why? Also why does the first one have an accent in contáctala?

Le is the indirect object. La is direct object. Ask her(IO) something(DO).
Learning Spanish will help you learn English grammar.
You use an accent mark in contáctala to maintain the integrity of the verb
contactar.
