I have two questions for the following text:

me parece q esta sateando conmigo y segun como nos hemos puesto de acuerdo parece q no tiene novio ya. La verdad es q conmigo siempre fue diferente a Como we comporta con el resto.



1) Does the following sentence clearly say that the girl doesn't have a boyfriend, or does it only state that she doesn't seem to have a boyfriend?

2) Does she behave differently with the guy, than with the rest? Or how is it exactly?

I think your conjectures are right, from what can be guessed; it's very poorly written. The girl has been flirting with the speaker and she doesn't seem to have a boyfriend (this is a conclusion he reached by talking either with her or with someone else). He also perceives that she acts differently with him than with others.
