The use of these pronouns is determined by regional preferences and daily speech usage.


"Se lo comentaré mas tarde lo que has dicho." -> For many of us, this is pleonastic or incorrect, but in some regions, this is the usual way to talk.

"Le comentaré mas tarde lo que has dicho." -> Common use, and correct. The use of "le" here is necessary, because the person is not explicitly included in the sentence.



"El libro que has dado a Ana (Never forget capital letters for proper names, it's not only a spelling mistake, but it feels disrespectful).."

"El libro que le has dado a ana..."
--> Both sentences are correct, but daily speech usually includes the redundant "le".



"Le dijo a mi amiga (no capital letter here; this is not a proper name) que vas a cuidar a los niños." -> Correct and commonly used.

"Se lo dijo a mi Amiga que vas a cuidar a los niños." -> Again, this sounds incorrect for many speakers, but there are regions where they speak like this naturally.
Pronouns replace indirect object and direct object, so "se lo dijo" would be better if you did not include "cuidar a los niños", and "amiga" in the same sentence; your reader would already know who they are.
