Es un gran honor para mí estar hoy aquí.
Es un gran honor para mí estar aqui hoyí.
"to be today here" seems a bit Yoda-ish in English.

Spanish allows both 'hoy aquí' and 'aquí hoy'.
The translation into English is 'to be here today', no matter the order used in Spanish.

I agree with Rusty.
I only wanted to say that, when I speak, if I say Es un gran honor para mí estar hoy aquí, it is the "normal" way to speak, but if I say Es un gran honor para mí estar aqui hoy I would like to give importance to the fact that I am here TODAY, may be because it's a special date.
But as Rusty said, both are perfect.
