Awesome! Thank you. I had figured that "melts the heart" as an idiom wouldn't translate directly. But obviously you think it's ok. Where are you from? May I ask?

Also, any idea what kind of hashtag could be used for a photo?

You can use that hashtag (but not here, please).
A better hashtag would be one that is entirely written in Spanish (substitute foto for pic) and you may want to use title-case.
