Are these sentences grammatically correct? I’m not sure if podrían can be used in order to avoid using the subjunctive.

Quizás me pueden dar más dinero mañana.
Quizás me puedan dar más dinero mañana.
Quizás me podrán dar más dinero mañana.
Quizás me podrían dar más dinero mañana.

If tal vez and a lo mejor were used in the above sentences, would a subjunctive be needed?

Many thanks in advance.

All four sentences are OK and they have different meanings. Consider "tal vez" to be a synonym of "quizá/s".

"A lo mejor" goes always with indicative, because it has a different meaning -different from the previous four ones-, unless "a lo mejor" is used as "quizás" in a regional level (it happens with some 30 or 40 million speakers in South America).

If you are unfamiliar with all meanings, then stick to "quizá pueda...". Adopt the other ones as you're learning more and more, and use "a lo mejor puede..." when you learn what focus is. No English speaker learning Spanish should use the whole set unless they mean it, that is, they have it internalized.
