What is the correct way to ask: How late is the train? / How far behind schedule is the train?

/¿Cuánto de retraso es el tren?

Which of the above, if any, are correct?

¿qué tan retrasado está el tren? ¿qué tan demorado está el tren?
¿cuánto retraso tiene el tren? ¿cuánta demora tiene el tren?
El tren tiene un retraso de 15 minutos.
El tren viene/llega/parte con 15 minutos de demora.

Los relojes, países y regiones se atrasan. Los trenes, autobuses y aviones se retrasan. But you'll hear native speakers substituting one for the other.

Estar y no ser, porque se trata de una situación temporaria: -¿Cuál es el estado del tren? -Tiene 15 minutos de retraso

La partida ¿es en horario? (Do departures follow a schedule?)
La partida ¿está en horario? (Is the departure -expected to be- on schedule? Will it depart on time or be held back?)
