No me importa lo que dicen acerca de ti.

That depends on whether or not you know what they are saying.

If you know what they are saying, your sentence is correct. You don't have to use the word acerca, by the way.
Translation: I don't care what they're saying about you (I know what it is).

If you don't know what they are saying, you need to shift into the subjunctive mood:
No me importa lo que digan de ti.
Translation: I don't care what they may say about you (whatever it is).

This way of translate is accurate and I don't find any mistake, but the sentence could to be better translate of this way, so.(No me importa lo que digan de ti).

is it the same for " I do not care what they say about mi " no me importa lo que digan de mi. and is ti the same for "I do not care what they think of me". no me importa lo que piensen de mi....
