Today I was remembering the late Jon-Erik Hexum and I though "tenía una sonrisa compradora", that kind of smile that instantly makes others to trust or have a favourable predisposition towards the person.
I was looking for the English equivalent, taking into account that there are other stronger expressions like
sonrisa ganadora
sonrisa seductora
sonrisa arrolladora

You may say an alluring smile.

Thank you, poli!
I think alluring is kind of an average and also all the kinds of sonrisas I mentioned.
Una sonrisa compradora is deffinitely attractive, it may be a little bit charming or enticing (qualities of una sonrisa ganadora), deffinitely not even traces of a seducting or captivating one (proper of sonrisas seductoras o cautivadoras) and definitely not at all una sonrisa arrolladora which is all in one plus "alpha".
Una sonrisa compradora leaves you thinking "pretty smile, what a nice person"

a bright toothpaste grin:D
Wouldn't that be more of a sonrisa vendedora? :D
For what I found elsewhere, it seems a winning smile encompasses both una sonrisa compradora and una sonrisa ganadora.
compradora= it seems authentic and genuine and suggests a friendly and approachable personality. A smidge less naïve or childlike than a winsome smile
ganadora= charming and engaging, it attracts people and leaves a favourable and lasting first impression that draws people to the individual.

A winning smile is more genuine. A toothpaste grin is something a used car salesman or a game show host may have.
