People,
I just saw on RTVE, written in the news legend: "Son lo peor de Eapaña".
Wouldn't it be better to say "Son los peores de Eapaña"?
I still have a bit of trouble with grouping various things or people into a collective singular. The legend said "son", then the collective singular "lo".
--------------------------
I also saw "estrategia del victimismo". The word victim doesn't sound very masculine to me.
But I am thinking that the "ismo" suffix only exists in the masculine, and that the suffix "ista" requires the feminine. Is that it?
Thanks in advance.
