Ese libro es que tiene el poema. - This book is the one that has the poem.:?:

Ese libro es donde leí el poema (you can also say: ese libro es de donde extraje el poema).
Ese libro es el que tiene el poema.

Ese es el libro el que tiene el poema
That is the book which/that has the poem

El cual = el pronombre relativo = tradución (which/that/whom/who)

Recorda que en el pronombre relativo el artículo debe acordar, por ejemplo

La casa = la cual/la que
Sus ideas = lo cual/lo que
