Is there an expression in English for chupar cámara ? It means that somebody loves been on tv all the time, the cams are there and she is always there en primer plano ( IN ENGLISH?)

She craves the limelight.
She seeks publicity.

She's always in the forefront.
A esa zorra le encanta chupar cámara.
That woman is a publicity whore. (This can be strong language, be careful about using it.)
That woman is a publicity hound/pig/seeker.
Poli's options are also very good.

I wouldn't use chupar in idiomatic use.... On the safe side I would use "A esa zorra le encanta la cámara," even though I personally wouldn't go around calling any woman a publicity/camera whore either..... lol

Seeks the limelight means always wants the stagelights on her which
figuratively means-- demands attention/needs to be in front of the camera. That z word in Spanish resembles the b word in English which is really uncool these day unless it completely fits the description;)
