Not that I know... Can you give more context for it?
"Colarse" can mean to get in a place without permission or authorization.
Se coló en la fiesta.
He/She got into the party without an invitation.
Me colé en la fila.
I skipped places in the queue.

I've usually heard colarse used to mean something like to enter uninvited, to crash (a party), to show up where you were not invited or where you were not supposed to be.

Se coló en la fiesta.
He/She got into the party without an invitation.
He/She crashed the party.
Me colé en la fila.
I skipped places in the queue.
I cut in line.
