A la chica millonaria le preocupa el qué diran, por eso no se casó con el muchacho pobre.
The millionaire girl is worried about gossip/what will be told about her, that's why she didn't marry the poor boy.

Oh, OK Angela thanks for clearing that up. This is what I would say:

She's worried about what they'll say.
She worried that she may not be able to save face.

Pienso que "THink" es más común que "say" por eso lo dicho de Tomísimo es bueno:)

el + infinitivo conozco, pero "el que + indicativo" me parece anáfora, que distingue entre dos sustantivos anteriormente mencionado. Por eso me deja confuso.
