Es una expresión ;) : no me hinches las narices, no me toques las narices (a veces, en lugar de narices, se dice otra cosa...). A ver si Robin la tiene apuntada y traducida. :)

I've heard of «hincharse las narices» as «to get fed up» or «to be unable to tolerate any longer», so that was the source of my question. This would then be the «hincharle a alguien las narices» form of that idiom, yes?
