Can somebody please translate this? I can't quite understand the si bien. (News item on merger of BA and Iberia). Thanks. :)

Dispondrán de dos bases muy modernas (la T-4 de Barajas y su prima arquitectónica, la T-5 de Heathrow), si bien mientras no se añada una tercera pista en el aeropuerto de Londres sólo Madrid permite un fuerte crecimiento.

"si bien" = aunque

They will have (or be) two quite modern bases (T-4 from Barajas and its architectural "cousin", T-5 from Heathrow), though just (only?) Madrid will allow a great growth until there isn't added a third landing strip in London airport.

"Landing strip" connota una pista muy primitiva para aviones pequeños. Si es de hormigón es "runway".

"mientras no X" -> "until X".
