¿Sin Adyuvante?

I can't find a resource to translate "sin adyuvante". The sentence in which it is used: "Las embarazadas también recibirán una sola dosis de la vacuna sin adyuvante".

Any help out there?

ADYUVANTE. Droga o sustancia que intensifica o modifica la efectividad de otro fármaco o sustancia.
sustancia que acompaña a un antígeno, en una vacuna, que aumenta la respuesta inmunitaria. Suelen ser minerales, sustancias oleosas o partes de microorganismos.
The normal vaccine has some substances wich increase the effects. The pregnant women receive only the vaccine, without "effect-increasing" elements. In fact a less strong type, wich tryes to avoid the inmunitation problem in pregnants.

The normal vaccine has some substances wich which increase the effects. The pregnant women receive only the vaccine, without "effect-increasing" elements. In fact a less strong type, wich tryes which tries to avoid the inmunitation immune? problem in pregnants.(You have to say pregnant women, not pregnants. Yes, I know, but that's it.)

Thanks Perikles :D I must take care of my "which's" :D
las mujeres embarazadas tienen el sistema inmune más bajo para que no rechacen al feto.
Por eso esta vacuna no tiene un efecto "fuerte" que provoque una reacción de rechazo a la vacuna y al bebé.
