En inglés puedo decir "The Fulanos" cuando refiero a todos los miembros de una familia. ¿En el español digo "Los Fulano" o "Los Fulanos"?

That word Fulanos and Meganos here in my country Mexico is more that an insult, you can exchange that word for another one, you could to say that people or that Family instead of Fulanos, already that I think that it sound truly bad.

The happen is that the word Fulanos is mostly a great insult here in my country, you can't arrive and say the Fulano family makes a party.

Commonly it you could exchange the word Fulano for another more polite than the before one.

I mean, I suggesting you that you use the word the last name of the family in the case.
