How do I translate "school boundary changes"?

Short explanation of boundary lines within a school district:
Children are assigned to schools that are closest to them. Lets say within ten miles of their home. The schools are divided by boundary lines so that all schools have an equal number of children attending that particular school. Our school district is in the process of changing those boundaries to alleviate overcrowding in a couple of schools.

My attempt is "cambios en las líneas divisoras" but it doesn't sound right to me. Does anyone have a better idea?

Thanks

I think cambiar (o redefinar) las fronteras de los districtos escolares sounds better. I checked to see if there is a verb to redistrict in Spanish but was unable to find one.

My proposal: Cambios en los límites de los distritos escolares.

I like límites more than fronteras.
